Amendment 1, issued September 15, 2026, applies to work at the IRS Austin Campus. The contractor must demolish and remove existing guard booths at perimeter entry/exit Gates 2 and 3. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to deliver and install two 4’ x 4’ Durasteel bullet-resistant guard booths meeting ISC Level IV or higher standards. Field measurements, verification of site conditions, and full SOW compliance are the contractor’s responsibility. Performance location is the IRS Austin Campus, specifically Gates 2 and 3.
