Grounds Services - Ogden
This is a competitive 8(a) set-aside for a firm-fixed price contract to provide grounds maintenance services at the Ogden IRS Service Center in Ogden, Utah. The period of performance is anticipated to be from March 5 through November 30, 2026. The award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, and only eligible 8(a) Program Participants in good standing are eligible for consideration. Proposals are strictly limited to two pages and must demonstrate understanding, staffing, equipment, quality control, and scheduling. The total evaluated price will include a base year and an option for up to six additional months of services.
