This project is to power wash the exterior of the building located at 1040 Waverly Avenue, Holtsville NY 11742. The building has approximately 92,250 square feet of exterior walls and windows. The walls are a brick facade over cinderblock. This requirement will be in accordance with FAR 13 SAP. Vendors can site up site visits on Wednesday 7/24 or Thursday 7/25 between the hours of 7am-1pm. There are no exceptions. All questions will be written down and answered via email. Matthew O'Brien will be the POC on-site visits. Call 631-977-5044 when they are on-site. Must be a 24 hour notice to set up a clearance. This will require a valid drivers license and full name submitted to me. All vendors will also have to go through a security screening upon arrival. All exterior windows and doors will be cleaned after power washing takes place. A green certified, environmentally friendly cleaner will be required to be used. A safety data sheet will be required for any cleaner being utilized. The contractor will be required to provide any equipment necessary to fulfill the requirements of this scope of work. The contractor may use the domestic water supply located at the site. Outdoor spickets are available throughout the building. If an area does not have a spicket available, the contractor will be required to provide their own water supply.
