This is a notice of intent to conduct a sole source procurement with RiskIQ, Inc. for acquisition of PassiveTotal™ software licenses, and associated training and support, for a period of performance 09/30/2021 – 09/29/2022. The software provides unique capabilities related to DNS and IP address research & analysis that other tools/web subscriptions do not. Consequently, a Request for Quote will be issued to RiskIQ only. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, by no later than noon EDT on 9/28/2021, which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated award date in 9/29/2021.
