The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide custodial & Pest Control services in accordance with the PWS specification. The contractor shall also plan, schedule, coordinate, train, supervise and ensure effective performance and completion of all contract requirements specified herein at this IRS facility.
