This Amendment 3 is issued to provide the attached Scope of Work and Conceptual Cost Estimate for the Fox-Henderson Cabin. As indicated in the RFEI, the historic structure reports (HSRs) for the Greve’s and Moberly properties, the scopes of work for the Grisley and Fox-Henderson properties, as well as the construction cost estimates, are intended to serve as planning guidelines only and are based on information and assumptions that may no longer be valid. For example, it is now well known that the COVID pandemic has had a dramatic affect nationwide on construction materials and labor, and Glacier National Park and surrounding areas have also experienced these increases. None of the cost estimating data offered as part of the RFEI and amendments reflect these changing circumstances. NPS makes no guarantee as to the completeness or accuracy of any of the available data, including cost estimates, in the HSRs and the SOWs. All are reminded that this RFEI process is NOT a solicitation for proposals that would lead to award of a lease, contract, or any other legally binding authorization.
