Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government (Rocky Mountain National Park) is seeking to lease a flexible mix of one-bedroom, and/or two-bedroom units, with kitchen, bathroom(s), and common living/dining space. The total number of bedrooms sought is fifteen (15). Kitchens should include appliances such as an electric range, oven, and refrigerator. Lessor should provide water and sewer, parking, and facility maintenance. At least three (3) units should allow pets. Rocky Mountain National Park requires the ability to lease these residential units on an annual lease, from June 1st, 2024 with the option to renew the lease annually, but not to exceed, an additional four years. This will allow the Park to house permanent wildland firefighters and their families who cannot be accommodated in the current housing inventory at Rocky Mountain National Park.
