The offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government (Glacier National Park) is seeking to lease a flexible mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom units, furnished, with kitchen, bathroom(s), common living/dining space. The kitchen should include appliances such as an electric range, refrigerator, kitchen sink disposal and dishwasher. The lessor should also provide service access to water and sewer, coin operated laundry, off-street parking and facility maintenance. Glacier National Park requires the ability to lease these residential units on a 3-5-month basis.
