The U.S. Government (National Park Service) is seeking to lease housing (three bedroom unit, unfurnished or furnished, with kitchen, washer/dryer hookups, at least two full bathrooms, heating and air cooling system, and a two car parking space. The kitchen should include modern appliances such as a cooking range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, living space of at least 1,200 square feet, but no more than 3,000 square feet. Utilities (i.e., electricity, gas, water, garbage, and sewer) may be included. Landlord should also ensure routine maintenance and repairs are completed timely, and provide monthly landscape maintenance. This housing is for seasonal staff and/or volunteers. El Malpais National Monument requires the ability to lease residential unit for at least 2 years with the option of 5 years.
