A fully serviced lease is required. The U.S. Government (National Park Service) is seeking to lease housing (three bedroom unit, unfurnished, with kitchen, at least one bathroom and one ¾ bathroom. Lessor must allow tenants to keep pets. No more than two dogs and two cats. The kitchen should include appliances such as a cooking range and refrigerator, living space of at least 1,200 square feet, but no more than 2,200 square feet. Lessor should also provide, secured parking, and maintenance. This housing is for a law enforcement employee and the park will need to install a safe secured to the floor. Santa Monica Mountains NRA requires the ability to lease residential unit for at least 2 years. This will allow the Park to house government required occupant employee who cannot be accommodated in the current housing inventory due to the loss of housing during the wildland fires.
