Lessor should provide water and sewer, parking and facility maintenance. The NPS requires the ability to lease office space for a 5 year period, with an option to termiate after 3 years. Parking will be for staff and one government vehicle. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and safety, accessability, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
