A fuly serviced lease is required. Restrooms must be on premises. Space must be within the following delineated area: North: Hamilton Road (extend Hamilton Rd. west until it intercepts Indian Reserve Rd.), East: Lake Huron, West: Indian Reserve Rd. (extend the line between Indian Reserve Road that intercepts Hamilton Rd and Werth Rd), South: Intersection of Indian Reserve Rd and Werth Rd. with a line extending East to Lake Huron.
