To accommodate equipment storage needs of the Vernal District Office, up to a 20-year lease will be sought. State: Utah City: Vernal Delineated Area: N: E Main Street, E: 1000 E Street, S: 500 S Street, W: S 200 E Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 26,000 square feet of fenced yard storage Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 43,560 square feet of fenced yard storage Space Type: fenced yard storage Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved/ Secured): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 0 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered fenced yard storage space must be secured by a minimum 6' security fence, contiguous and located within the delineated area as follows: Within the boundaries of E Main Street, 1000 E Street, 500 S Street, S 200 E Street of the City of Vernal, Utah. Offered fenced yard storage space is to be used for the storage of BLM equipment including transport trailers, water trailers, dump truck, road grader, range project material such as fencing pipe/poles, cattle guards and other large items, etc. Yard must not be paved surface, road base preferred. All services, supplies, utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Other agency specific requirements are 24/7 access. The site shall have easy and safe ingress and egress for motor vehicles with a minimum 16' wide locking gate. Must be accessible by semi-truck and trailer. Buildings on the Historic Register, eligible for the Historic Register, or within a Historic district within the delineated area are encouraged to offer. A Government standard lease document will be used for the transaction and rent will be paid in arrears through the System for Award Management (SAM). Source selection will be evaluated by Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
