The National Park Service (“Service”) seeks proposals for a new lease opportunity for the historic Red Front Building at Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park in Skagway, Alaska. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will provide an overview of the building and lease opportunity, including requirements pertaining to the lease, limitations on use, and building condition and lessee construction restrictions. The RFP outlines proposal instructions for how to apply for this lease opportunity. A draft of the lease document is provided as part of this RFP. The Service will consider proposals of as short as five years and as long as 10 years.
