The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Amendment No. 1 to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a competitive leasing opportunity is for the Lands End Restaurant Properties Lease, currently known as the Cliff House, providing food and beverage and minor retail sales within Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The RFQ and all related information can be obtained electronically at the NPS website here: https://www.nps.gov/goga/getinvolved/landsendleaserfq.htm. Amendment No. 1 provides the questions and answers (GOGA010-20-L Questions and Answers FINAL). Interested parties should join the solicitation mailing list to be notified of nay future modifications or correspondence by emailing Kimberley Gagliolo, Commercial Services Specialist, at kim_gagliolo@nps.gov. All proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (PDT) on October 16, 2019 by the National Park Service, Commercial Services, Attn: Kimberley Gagliolo, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California 94104 in order to be evaluated and considered for the Request for Proposals phase of this solicitation.
