The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Amendment No. 1 to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for a competitive leasing opportunity for the management of 39 residential units located within Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Amendment No. 1 provides responses to questions received in writing, timely, regarding the RFP. The RFP and Amendment No. 1 are available on the Golden Gate National Recreation Area website, link provided below. Any interested party intending to submit a proposal must submit an Intent to Submit as described in the RFP no later than 5:00 p.m. (PDT) on April 28, 2023. The NPS is only accepting electronic submissions in response to the RFP. Any proposal must be received electronically no later than 5:00 p.m. (PST) on May 12, 2023, in the format provided in the RFP. All interested parties are encouraged to join the solicitation mailing list to be notified of all future correspondence by emailing Mark Juretschke, Financial Analyst, at mark_juretschke@nps.gov.
