The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Amendment No. 3 to the Prospectus soliciting proposals in response to a business opportunity to operate hostel accommodations and food and beverage at Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Amendment No. 3 changes the estimated effective date of the draft concession contract to May 1, 2021. The National Park Service issued the Prospectus on November 21, 2019 under the terms described in the Prospectus. Pursuant to 36 C.F.R. Part 51, the Director has determined that there is no preferred Offeror for the Draft Contract. The Prospectus is available on the National Park Service Commercial Services website at https://concessions.nps.gov/prospectuses.htm. Interested parties are encouraged to join the Prospectus mailing list to be notified of any future modifications or correspondence by emailing Sue Eibeck, Pacific West Region Commercial Services Specialist, at sue_eibeck@nps.gov. Any proposals must be received by the National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Attn: Commercial Services Office, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California 94104 no later than 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) on March 5, 2020.
