The National Park Service (NPS) has released Amendment No. 1 to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for a competitive leasing opportunity for the West Ridge Pratt Property for agricultural use within Ebey's Landing National Historic Reserve. Amendment No. 1 provides the NPS responses to questions received timely. This document has been uploaded to the Ebey's Landing National Historic Reserve website under "Get Involved" and "Do Business with Us" (link provided below). Any interested party intending to submit a proposal must submit an Intent to Submit as described in the RFP no later than 5:00 p.m. (PST) on January 27, 2023. Finally, the NPS is only accepting electronic submissions in response to the RFP. Any proposal must be received electronically no later than 5:00 p.m. (PST) on February 14, 2023, in the format provided in the RFP. All interested parties are encouraged to join the solicitation mailing list to be notified of all future correspondence by emailing Mark Juretschke, Financial Analyst, at mark_juretschke@nps.gov.
