The eMail & Enterprise Records and Document Management System (eERDMS) is the current DOI enterprise cloud electronic records management solution. The DOI is planning the acquisition of a successor cloud-based "Software as a Service" (SaaS) electronic records management solution from a commercial provider of cloud computing services. Goals include: Moving to 100% electronic records management by the end of 2022 Ensuring records retrieval is consistent and comprehensive across the DOI Supporting document review and production for litigation, congressional oversight, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and other document production requirements, plus Implementing simplified, standardized records retention schedules across the DOI. This is a Request for Information (RFI), not a Request for Quotation. The RFI is being conducted for market research. Responses are appreciated, but the responses will not result in an award and responses will not be reimbursed by the Government. This RFI provides the following sample documents for industry comment: Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) Draft Requirements: eMail and Document Archiving Document Review and Production Litigation Hold Definition and Application Auto-Classification of eMail and other content Data Conversion from Open Text In addition to the specific questions provided in the sample documents, notes are requested on the sample documents.
