Currently, Reclamation has an IMT workforce of roughly 430 staff. Reclamation must ensure that the Associate Chief Information Officer (ACIO) has adequate control over IMT positions throughout the bureau and has established formal policies, processes, procedures, and internal controls for managing the IMT workforce. Currently, Human Resources (HR) reports are limited to data request through HR leadership, requiring substantive policy documentation, and can be delayed 1-2 months. Any additional changes to HR reporting require the same process above. This extensive data lag does not provide accurate, reliable information on the Reclamation IMT workforce necessary to provide the ACIO with sufficient oversight of the workforce as required by Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA). All responses should be provided through a designated response package and provide a demonstration through the designated vendor days. All interested sources must respond to any potential future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this Request for Information.
