NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, Installation of Dissolved Gas Monitors Ref. No. 140R3018Q0093 This solicitation is being advertised as a noncompetitive sole source solicitation, because there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for Yellowstone Electric Company to install dissolved gas monitors on five government-owned Davis Siemens GSU Transformers that were previously installed by Yellowstone Electric Company. The installation of the transformers is currently under warranty and the DGM manufacturer, Siemens, will only honor it if the work is performed by the installer. The NAICS for this action is 238210 , Electronic control system installation. Award is anticipated in October, 2019. The resulting contract will be a firm, fixed-priced award. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or capability statement no later than Thursday, August 15, 2019 @ 9:00 am, PST, which shall be considered by the agency.
