Roof Replacement at the Point Park Visitor Center

This procurement is set aside for Small Business roofing contractors, and Davis Bacon prevailing wages for Catoosa County, Georgia, will apply. A single formal site visit will be scheduled, and all interested offerors must have an active SAM.gov record and qualify as a small business under the specified NAICS code. The formal solicitation is expected to be posted on or about April 06, 2026.
