This is a Pre-Solicitation Synopsis; no response to this Notice is required. The National Park Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Lagoon & Access Road Repair at Death Valley National Park (DEVA). Work consists of restoring the lagoon by repairing erosion damage, making permanent repairs to the access road and drainage features, removing invasive vegetation, recompacting the lagoon berms, re-grading the site, and replacing the section of downed fence. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140PS125B0002 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $250,000 and $500,000.00 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to the prime contractor by September 2025 with performance to begin thereafter, weather permitting. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Inyo County, CA will apply. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE Classification and SET ASIDE: The NAICS is 237990. The project is set-aside for 100% Total Small Business. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the soilcitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend in order to inspect the site and ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued and available in August to September and will be posted to SAM.Gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a UEI number. Also, the offeror must be registered and active in SAM.Gov and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation closing date.
