Question: Some OEM software developers do not have access to a viable contract to respond directly so would the government accept a response from an authorized partner with a direct relationship with such OEM’s to satisfy your solicitation requirements? Answer: Our sources sought notice does not mention OEM software. We are looking for information on analytics and business intelligence platforms. Please be advised that we are looking for software vendor (IE makers of the actual software/application/tool) responses, not IT consultants to implement the software.
