Identify a vendor to provide an effective, science-based, well-reviewed Suicide Prevention Training. This initiative is a training project designed to provide NPS employees with skills and knowledge about suicide prevention with the expressed purpose of reducing the risk of suicide to employees. The training will be designed to diminish stigma around discussing and managing mental health issues as well as providing action-oriented instruction on addressing suicide risk both personally and in others.
