NO QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. The National Park Service (NPS), Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area (LARO) intends to award a sole source contract to the Lincoln County Sheriff¿s Office, in Davenport, Washington, in accordance with the authority FAR 6.302-1 for law enforcement dispatch services required in the south district area of Lake Roosevelt NRA. The Government intends to negotiate and award a contract for a base and four option years for the following services: a) Provide official law enforcement communications and dispatch operations; b) Provide State and National computer services; c) Provide logs of all communications with/for NPS; d) Provide access to police logs and related police records as they relate specifically to NPS/Sheriff Office¿s radio traffic and local cases; and e) Maintain other appropriate police records and provide access thereto, insofar as appropriate, and necessary information supplied to the county by/for NPS. The requested services are known to be only available solely from the Lincoln County Sherriff¿s Office for this south district area of LARO. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561421, Telephone Answering Services (Emergency telephone dispatch (i.e. contractor) services). Interested and capable parties may submit a brief capability statement, limited to 2 pages, demonstrating how their firm is technically capable of providing these services and shall include the following: 1. Contractor¿s name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address and Unique Entity ID (UEI) number; 2. Contractor¿s interest in providing a quote should a solicitation be issued; 3. Contractor¿s capability to meet the requirements; 4. Contractor¿s small business type and whether they qualify for a socio-economic category (i.e 8(a), Hubzone, Women-Owned Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, etc or note if the contractor is considered a large business.
