Mount Rainier National Park is seeking sources of portable restroom rentals with servicing for areas throughout Mount Rainier National Park. This is a sources sought notice to determine whether a future RFQ will be open to all contractors or set-aside for small businesses. Interested vendors do not need to provide all unit/services listed; NPS may issue multiple RFQ or award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) from a single RFQ in accordance with FAR Part 13.302-2. We encourage any and all contractors who offer related products to respond. Responses should include a list of items available on schedule (applicable ADA/standard units and pumping services), rates per month and additional day/week for each rental unit (48 hours response upon order placement by an eligible NPS employee), weekly pumping and refills of liquid hand sanitizer, point of contact information, catalog and standard price lists for schedule items, dispatch site(s) in Washington State; and other pertinent details that are not readily available on the company's website.
