COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION (GSA RFQ:1385307) *ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE A GSA SCHDULE IN ORDER TO QUOTE UNDER: Veterans Technology Services 2 (VETS 2) This is a non-personnel services task order to obtain services related to the AFS Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) infrastructure, of the Bureau's Administrative Financial System. This system supports parks and offices throughout the NPS. The purpose of this call order is to obtain services related to the AFS Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) infrastructure, of the Bureau's Administrative Financial System. This system supports parks and offices throughout the NPS. The scope of this contract requires for a certified HPE engineer to provide on-site services. These on site services include: analysis, configurations, firmware/software updates, upgrades of newer versions of software/firmware, tuning, debug and other server/3PAR storage technical support as needed. This acquisition will use Tradeoff Source Selection Process (see FAR 15.101-1). This process allows for a tradeoff between non-cost factors price and allows the Government to accept other than the lowest priced proposal or other than the highest technically rated proposal to achieve a best-value contract award.
