The National Park Service (NPS) routinely has requirements for construction projects of varying magnitudes across New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas: NAICS code: Sector 23, Construction (to include, but not limited to 2362, 237, and 238) The small business size standard: $15M-$36.5M (variable per NAICS) Estimated Range for Individual Projects: $2,000 - $5,000,000 The Government seeks to understand what construction companies are interested in doing business with the NPS, especially for more remote parks within the region identified. Additionally, the Government seeks to understand what discourages construction companies from proposing on posted efforts. Results from this sources sought are anticipated to be used to establish a local interested vendor list for future construction projects. This is not a request for proposal (RFP) or an invitation to bid (IFB). There is no bid package, solicitation, specifications, or drawings available with this announcement.
