The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office is requesting input from industry and others regarding production of one-year-old, and/or two-year-old greenhouse-grown containerized seedlings, and/or one-year-old, and/or two-year-old, bareroot seedlings. Please review the attached seedling specifications and provide answers to the six (6) questions at the end of the attachment. Responses to questions shall be submitted no later than May 12, 2023, at 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time. The responses for questions shall not exceed ten (10) pages. Please submit responses via email to Tiffany Eslinger, teslinger@blm.gov. No hard copy or fax responses will be accepted at this time. This RFI is issued for the purpose of developing a viable solicitation that will best communicate BLM requirements to industry. The requested information is for planning purposes only and does NOT constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. No entitlement to payment by the BLM of direct or indirect cost or charges will arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this RFI. BLM shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safe guarded in accordance with the applicable BLM regulations. Formal notices will be posted on www.sam.gov.
