The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho is seeking small business sources capable of providing one OR two tractors, "brand name or equivalent", to the John Deere 7R210. Interested parties must have active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), be qualified to receive government contracts, and be authorized to provide the tractor(s). Salient characteristics include the following: ¿ It meets a minimum horsepower of 210HP ¿ Must be able to haul to remote locations on current BLM Transports. ¿ Must able to attach to John Deere made implements (Mow Desks, Roll Packers, Disks) as they have already been acquired and are what we are using for our projects. ¿ Must have a local dealer or service location that will maintain and repair the tractor in both the shop and field. (Within 50 miles of Boise, ID and Idaho Falls, ID) ¿ Minimum 6.8L, 6 Cylinder EPA FT4/EU Stage V Compliant Diesel Engine or equivalent ¿ Must be made in the USA. ¿ Include an Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT) (25mph) or equivalent. ¿ Must include CommandPRO Control or equivalent. ¿ Include the Ultimate Comfort and Convince Package or equivalent. ¿ Include Air Seat plus Cab Suspension or equivalent. ¿ Include Ultimate Visibility Package or equivalent. ¿ Gen 4 4600 Command Center or equivalent ¿ JDLink Modem or equivalent ¿ JDLink Connectivity or equivalent ¿ Hydraulic Power Steering ¿ Hydraulic Pump (43 gpm) minimum ¿ Four Premium Rear Remote SCVs with Electrohydraulic (EH) Controls, Premium Couplers and High Pressure Relief Levers or equivalent ¿ 45 mm (1-3/4 in.) 1,000 rpm (20-Spline) PTO or equivalent ¿ 6,894 kg (15,200 lb) Capacity 3-Point Hitch (Cat 3/3N) with Quik-Coupler and Sway Blocks or equivalent ¿ Category 3 Adjustable Swinging Drawbar for use with a 38 mm (1.50 in.)
