NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION - This posting serves as notification of the government¿s intent to issue a sole source purchase order. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Idaho State Office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Powerskills Training & Development, Inc. for climate assessment, organizational climate mediation and professional mediation for the Idaho State Office. The Idaho BLM requires development and coordination of a team climate assessment. We require delivery of a detailed report that delineates activities by the Idaho State Office to rectify the current personnel issues. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
