This posting serves as notification of the government¿s intent to issue a sole source purchase order. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Idaho State Office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Systems Engineering, Inc. to upgrade the FICAM Hardware for the Physical Access Card System (PACS) as they have provided all of the recent card reader systems. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. If you believe your company can meet the requirement listed above, please contact Patricia A. Fort via email at pfort@blm.gov prior to 10:00 am MT on September 11, 2020. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
