This posting serves as notification of the government's intent to negotiate and issue a sole source award(s) pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office, intends to issue sole source award(s) for the purchase of law enforcement support services for the following: Radio Dispatch and/ or law enforcement support services. The government's intent is to issue sole source award(s) to local law enforcement in the following areas: Washington State; Kittitas County, Washington; Douglas County, Washington; Franklin County, Washington; Lincoln County, Washington; Harney County, Oregon; Deschutes County, Oregon; Wasco County, Oregon; Wheeler County, Oregon; Klamath County, Oregon; and Polk County, Oregon. The proposed contract(s) will be for a base period and four (4) option periods. The local county law enforcement(s) is the only law enforcement agency(s) with the ability to provide law enforcement services across the entire state of Washington and Oregon where BLM Law Enforcement Rangers will be performing routine work and patrols, with the reliability and service required. The services to be provided include a wide range of support to BLM's Law Enforcement Officers with access to criminal background checks to radio dispatch and other unique services that only the state-wide law enforcement agency(s) can provide. Interested persons may identify their interest and submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within 15 days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
