The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office contemplates a new requirement for planting tree seedlings on forestlands denuded by timber harvest, fire or other causes, and installing plastic mesh tubes on specified planted tree seedlings on designated sites. The BLM seeks responsible vendors to obtain current market research data to help inform and define the requirement and procurement instrument. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement that shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement must include: (1) Types of tree planting services furnished; (2) Identify the geographic areas (by county name) in western Oregon that you are capable to perform the work; (3) Average project size and number of projects of that size that you are capable of performing concurrently in the above identified region; (4) Relevant experience: Identify the types of similar work performed in western Oregon; and (5) Personnel Qualifications: Identify your field supervisors¿ qualifications and experience.
