PreSolicitation Notice for Huckleberry Campground Upgrade This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue an Invitation For Bid (IFB) for a firm-fixed price construction contract to upgrade the Huckleberry Flat Campground located 5 miles west of Orofino, Idaho; Clearwater County. The magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The performance period is from notice to proceed through January 31st, 2020. The NAICS code is 238990 and the small business size standard $15,000,000.00. The basis of award will be based on the lowest responsive bid pursuant to FAR Part 14 and result in an award to the responsible bidder pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 08/16/2019. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
