The USGS Library intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to ProQuest LLC for a subscription to ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global (PQDT Global), delivered to Reston, VA, for 9/24/2026–9/23/2027 plus four option years through 9/23/2031. The anticipated award date is 9/24/2026, and the contract will be firm fixed-price. PQDT Global is described as the only source meeting USGS requirements for comprehensive international dissertation and thesis coverage, extensive full-text access, authoritative final copies, and integration with USGS’s existing Web of Science platform, which is exclusively provided by Clarivate/ProQuest.
