This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research to identify vendors capable of providing 24/7/365 science and technical support for the USGS Earthquake Science Center's ground motion monitoring networks and product generation. The required services include scientific software development, IT infrastructure, system administration, and network engineering in support of earthquake early warning and public safety notification systems. The purpose is to refine requirements for a potential future acquisition; this is not a solicitation for proposals. Responses are requested by Friday, March 20, 2026.
