Janitorial services at USGS facilities at NASA Research Park, Moffett Field, CA - SOURCES SOUGHT The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is SEEKING SOURCES interested in providing janitorial services for the USGS' facilities at NASA Research Park in Moffett Field, CA. The USGS is in the process of moving all operations from its Menlo Park campus to Moffett Field, and currently occupies approximately 65,000 gross square feet (GSF) of office space in three different buildings at Moffett Field, housing approximately 250 employees when at full occupancy. We will be expanding that footprint by approximately another 50,000 GSF of office space and 50,000 GSF of laboratory space, housing a total of approximately 450 employees when at full occupancy, by the end of 2023. We are seeking sources interested in providing janitorial and refuse removal (dumpster) services for our existing space and growing with us as we expand our footprint. We estimate that current workload is on the order of magnitude of two to three full time janitors. Please email the Contracting Officer (email below) if you are qualified and interested in this opportunity. Capability statements are welcome; please include your business size information. There is an incumbent contractor, but we are exploring additional competitive opportunities. NAICS 561720, Janitorial Services, size standard $19.5M. Questions or concerns should be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Jeff Caravelli, at jcaravelli@usgs.gov. END
