United States Geological Survey (USGS) Office of Management Services (OMS) is requesting information on new Computer Aider Facilities Maintenance (CAFM) and Space Management software solutions. The CAFM will be used to track site plan, floor plans, space types, vacancies, occupancy, business units and their associated space, square footages, room numbers, costs, and personnel locations. In addition, we would like to know what other functionalities it can perform, what programs it can integrate with and what the process is to transition data, and how streamlined is the transition of data from one system to another.
