This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 12.204(b) in response with the requirements at 5.203(a) and (h), the contracting officer may allow fewer than 15 days before issuance of the solicitation. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB). The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to request industry comments for Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) road material - asphalt tack coat, asphalt base course and asphalt top course material, aggregate base, fill and concrete material, 19" x 30" pipe, 24" diameter pipe, 36' diameter pipe, and 12" diameter pipe, geotextile fabric, and welded wire fabric Draft 140F0S25Q0013. The proposed contract will be a single award contract in support of Chincoteague NWR road material. See attached SOW. The requirement is unrestricted as pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15.
