The USFWS is anticipating the solicitation and award of one firm fixed price design build construction contract for the Decommissioning, Breaching, and Removal of Crystal Springs Dam, Horseshoe Dam, and Lower Crystal Springs Dam, Decommissioning and Removal of Crystal Springs Reservoir, Horseshoe Reservoir, and Lower Crystal Springs Reservoir, Removal of Existing Irrigation Infrastructure and Site Restoration, Re-construction of New Spring Outflow Channel(s), Construction of Visitor Access Improvements, and All Associated Appurtenances. The Project Area of Interest includes approximately 5 miles of irrigation ditch and irrigation berm and approximately 1 mile of new spring outflow channels to be constructed under this Design/Build Contract.
