This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203(a) in response to the mandatory 15-day notification before issuance of a solicitation. This is NOT Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB). The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis to request industry comments for the 10-year Mid-west Regional Native Seed and Forb's Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Draft 140F0S23R0014. The proposed contract will be a multiple award BPA for a 10-year Mid-west Regional Native Seed and Forb's BPA. See attached Specifications. This requirement is unrestricted as pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15.
