This is NOT Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB). The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to request industry comments for South Texas Endangered Ocelot Recovery and Protection Services Draft 140F0S23Q0020. The proposed contract will be a single award contract in support of South Texas Endangered Ocelot Recovery and Protection Services. See attached SOW. This requirement is unrestricted as pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15.
