Pre-solicitation notice/Synopsis Title will be: Matagorda Island Multi-Purpose Building & Support Facilities The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Proposal number RFP 140F0122R0029, set aside exclusively for small businesses only. The Solicitation will be posted on or about 3/20/2022. The work will consist of the following: Design and build the following at Matagorda Island, Texas: 1. Multi-Purpose Building, 2. Wash Bay, 3. Bunk House, 4. Water Well and Well House, 5. Generator Building, 6. Fueling Station, 7. Boat House and 8. Vehicle Garage Building. This solicitation will be advertised as a Total Small Business set-aside. We are seeking certified Small Business contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 Commercial Institutional Contractors. In Accordance with FAR 36.204; the stated magnitude for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
