Sole Source Notice of Intent (FAR Part 13 ¿ Simplified Acquisition Procedures) In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), on behalf of Legacy Region 5 Regional Office intends to award a sole source action to Charter Communications Operating, LLC for a base + two option year contract (4/1/2021 ¿ 3/31/2023). Charter Communications Operating, LLC is currently providing Internet and Voice services at the Regional Office, 300 Westgate Center Drive, Hadley, MA 01035. Services to include: Quantity 1 - Static IP addresses CB 13PK Additional IP Quantity 2 - 2 PRI Circuits (Enterprise Trunking 23) Quantity 2 ¿ DID Block 100 Numbers Quantity 1 ¿ 10,000 minutes The renewal of the annual agreement is required to maintain uninterrupted phone and internet services for the Regional Office and field stations that use the Cisco phone system. A new provider may require construction costs in order to bring service to the building. This will cause a lapse in voice and internet service for the Regional Office and Field Offices that use the Cisco phone system. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same products or services may submit product information and a capabilities statement that speaks to the products the US Fish and Wildlife Services are seeking in this proposed acquisition. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
