The Department of the Interior and the Marine Minerals Administration are conducting market research and seek industry feedback on the Draft RFP for Vessel Atlantic Operations – Physical Inspections. Comments are welcome on all draft elements, especially CLIN structure, insurance requirements, SCLS applicability, small business participation percentages, and evaluation criteria. Vendors are encouraged to provide pricing insights for the anticipated draft Seed Task Order, including realistic rough order of magnitude estimates and other pricing information. This is not a solicitation; proposals are not requested, responses will not be evaluated for award or bind the Government, and no reimbursement will be provided for review or response costs. The draft is subject to revision, the Government may conduct one-on-one meetings with respondents, and the posting satisfies FAR Subpart 5.2 pre-solicitation synopsis requirements.
