This is a request for information in identifying potential sources of forklifts that are not facing significant delivery delays due to supply chain issues. The Ohmsett Facility in Leonardo, New Jersey is looking for forklifts. At this time we are trying to identify sources that can provide 3 forklifts with a delivery to the Ohmsett Facility within 6 weeks upon award. Below are the Salient Specifications. Two 9K forklifts with the following specs: Diesel Engine 3-Stage Mast Lift Height: 230" Full Free Lift: 50" Fork Size: 48" Chassis Width: 55" Length to Fork Face: 107+" Overhead Guard Height: 88+" Solid Cushion Tires Sideshifter One 15K Forklift Diesel Engine 3-Stage Mast Lift Height: 230+" Full Free Lift: 50+" Fork Size: 72" Chassis Width: 55" Length to Fork Face: 140+" Overhead Guard Height: 92+" Solid Cushion Tires Sideshifter In your response, please provide the following information: 1) Company Name. 2) Address. 3) Unique Entity ID (UEI) from SAM.gov. 4) Business Size: Small, HUBZone, Woman Owned, SDB, Other than Small, etc... 5) Make and/or model number of products that meets salient characteristics listed above that your company can provide 6) Estimated Delivery Time Window. 7) If you sell these products via a government wide schedule (GSA, etc...). Please submit a response to william.rilee@bsee.gov before the listed response date and time. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational and planning purposes only. The information will be used in conducting market research to identify qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources in support of the Government's requirements. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and this is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Any information provided to the Government and/or solution demonstration/evaluation is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the Government. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information, solution demonstration/evaluation or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3 - Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997): (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
