The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) anticipates procuring services to decommission the Mississippi Canyon Block 20 (MC-20) site, in the Gulf of Mexico (GOM), which will be turned over to BSEE from Taylor Energy Company, LLC (TEC). The purpose of this RFI is to: (a) determine the availability and technical capability of industry to permanently secure and decommission the site and (b) request input (comments, questions, and suggestions) from vendors on possible solutions for accomplishing that end.
