This is a sources sought/RFI for market research purposes, not a request for quote or proposal. The government seeks capable firms to provide K-9 inspection services to prevent the introduction or spread of Little Fire Ant and Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle during emergency recovery operations in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Interested firms must submit a capability statement addressing their qualifications, relevant past work, available dogs and handlers, business size, and pricing approach. The government also requests input on animal housing, work duration limits, site transfers, and animal transportation considerations. Responses will inform potential procurement strategy, but the government is not obligated to issue a solicitation and will not reimburse submission costs.
