This is a sources sought notice for K-9 support services to prevent the introduction or spread of invasive species—specifically the brown tree snake, Little Fire Ant, and Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle—in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) during emergency recovery operations following typhoons. The work will take place in austere conditions, including little to no cell service, limited electricity, and bottled water.
